Alison White, Executive Director
Alison White, Executive Director of Empathy 2 Action Foundation, works to turn empathy into practical change through accessibility advocacy, educational opportunity, and animal welfare. As a guide dog handler with visual impairment, she brings lived experience to conversations about accessibility, disability inclusion, and service dog awareness. Through the foundation, she supports initiatives that promote understanding, encourage inclusion, and strengthen the connections between people, animals, and the communities they share.
Guiding principle: empathy matters most when put into action.
